Welcome to perlick.repair. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any service request submitted through this website, by phone, by email, or through any other communication channel.
By using this website or scheduling service with A.T.S. CA, you agree to the terms below.
1. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer
A.T.S. CA is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Perlick Corporation.
Perlick is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Any use of the Perlick name on this website is for identification purposes only, to describe the type of appliances we service.
We do not represent ourselves as Perlick Corporation, an official Perlick factory service provider, or an authorized Perlick warranty service center.
2. Services Provided
A.T.S. CA provides diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Perlick appliances and related premium refrigeration products, including but not limited to:
  • Undercounter refrigerators
  • Beverage centers
  • Wine coolers
  • Ice machines
  • Freezers
  • Outdoor refrigeration units
  • Commercial and residential Perlick refrigeration equipment
Service availability may vary by location, appliance type, parts availability, and technician scheduling.
3. Service Area
We provide service in selected areas of Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and nearby surrounding areas.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that service is available at your exact location. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service based on distance, access limitations, technician availability, or safety concerns.
4. Service Call Fee and Diagnostic Fee
A service call or diagnostic fee may apply to each appointment. The current standard service call fee is $125 unless otherwise stated in writing.
The service call fee may be waived or credited toward the repair if the customer approves and completes the repair with A.T.S. CA during the same service process.
The service call fee covers technician travel, inspection, and diagnosis. It does not include parts, labor, additional diagnostics, return visits, or repairs unless specifically stated.
5. Estimates and Approval
After diagnosis, the technician may provide an estimate for labor, parts, materials, and any additional services required.
No repair will be performed without customer approval. Approval may be given verbally, by text message, by email, by signature, or through another written or electronic confirmation.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of diagnosis. Additional issues may be discovered after the appliance is opened, moved, tested, or partially repaired. If additional work is required, a revised estimate may be provided.
6. Parts and Availability
Replacement parts may be original equipment manufacturer parts, manufacturer-approved parts, aftermarket parts, rebuilt parts, or equivalent replacement parts, depending on availability and customer approval.
Some Perlick parts may require special ordering. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may depend on manufacturer, distributor, shipping, backorder status, or supply chain conditions.
A.T.S. CA is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, discontinued parts, or unavailable components.
7. Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may request installation of customer-supplied parts. However, A.T.S. CA does not warranty customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for defects, incorrect parts, missing components, fitment issues, shipping damage, or failure of customer-supplied parts.
Labor charges may still apply even if a customer-supplied part does not resolve the issue.
8. Warranty on Completed Repairs
Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed repairs performed by A.T.S. CA may include:
  • Up to 90 days warranty on parts supplied by A.T.S. CA
  • Up to 30 days warranty on labor performed by A.T.S. CA
Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and the specific parts replaced. It does not cover unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, additional failures, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, clogged filters, water supply issues, electrical issues, sealed system contamination, or damage caused by third parties.
Warranty coverage is void if the appliance is serviced, modified, moved, misused, or repaired by another company or person after our repair.
9. Manufacturer Warranty
A.T.S. CA does not process, approve, or guarantee Perlick manufacturer warranty claims unless specifically agreed in writing.
If your appliance may still be covered under a Perlick manufacturer warranty, you should contact Perlick Corporation directly before scheduling non-warranty service with A.T.S. CA.
Any service performed by A.T.S. CA may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty and may not be reimbursed by Perlick Corporation.
10. No Guarantee of Repair
While we make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair appliances accurately, we do not guarantee that every appliance can be repaired.
Some appliances may be affected by discontinued parts, hidden damage, sealed system failure, water damage, electrical issues, poor installation, previous improper repairs, or age-related wear.
If a repair is not recommended or not possible, diagnostic and service call fees may still apply.
11. Access, Installation, and Built-In Appliances
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance.
For built-in, panel-ready, undercounter, outdoor, or custom-installed appliances, additional labor may be required to remove, access, reinstall, or test the unit.
A.T.S. CA is not responsible for damage caused by poor installation, tight cabinet openings, flooring issues, custom panels, fragile trim, hidden fasteners, water leaks, rusted parts, or unsafe access conditions unless caused directly by our technician’s negligence.
12. Water, Drain, and Electrical Conditions
Customer is responsible for proper water supply, drainage, electrical outlet, ventilation, and installation conditions.
A.T.S. CA is not responsible for plumbing, cabinetry, electrical wiring, flooring, drain lines, water shut-off valves, or structural issues unless specifically included in the approved scope of work.
Additional charges may apply if plumbing, electrical, or installation issues prevent proper diagnosis or repair.
13. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A cancellation fee or service call fee may apply if the technician is already on the way, arrives at the property, cannot access the appliance, or the customer is unavailable during the scheduled appointment window.
14. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of diagnostic service, repair, maintenance, or any approved work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, Zelle, cash, or other approved payment methods.
Returned payments, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, or late payments may result in additional fees, collection costs, and suspension of future service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.T.S. CA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of food, beverages, wine, ice, business income, rental income, property use, or customer inconvenience.
Our maximum liability for any service-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
16. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
Appliance brands, product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.
17. Photos, Logos, and Third-Party References
Any third-party brand names or references are used only to identify products or services relevant to appliance repair.
Use of a brand name does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or official relationship with that brand.
18. Privacy
Information submitted through this website, phone calls, text messages, emails, or booking forms may be used to schedule service, contact the customer, provide estimates, process payments, and manage service records.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
19. Changes to These Terms
A.T.S. CA may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the website or scheduling service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
